Force Empty Recycle Bins for Every User.

When you are struggling to recover free space and there could be some users still holding unwanted files and folders in Recycle Bin, you can empty the recycle bin for all users.

Follow the steps listed below to empty Recycle bin:

Open command prompt with administrator access and execute the command listed below.

rd /s c:\$Recycle.Bin

(In the above command, “c” is your Windows drive)

Press the Enter key.
