Install all the base required packages: Click here to find and download the required base packages

and execute the below command with product key format listed.

cscript //nologo %windir%\system32\slmgr.vbs /dli “XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX”
cscript //nologo %windir%\system32\slmgr.vbs /ipk “XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX”
cscript //nologo %windir%\system32\slmgr.vbs /ato “XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX”

Reboot the server to fix the issue.
